Tom Allen QC represented David Lufkin, former head of sales at Petrofac, who faced multiple bribery charges relating to the corrupt obtaining of contracts worth over $8bn and payment of bribes in excess of $81m across three jurisdictions. Mr Lufkin received a two-year prison sentence, suspended for 18 months.
