Court of Appeal Quashes Alex Pabon’s LIBOR Conviction

Tom Allen KC, leading Nick James, successfully represented Alex Pabon in the Court of Appeal, which quashed the conviction of former Barclays trader Alex Pabon, following the Serious Fraud Office’s concession that the conviction was unsafe in light of the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in the LIBOR appeals of Tom Hayes and Carlo Palombo.
