Alison Pople QC represented Airline Services Ltd in a Deferred Prosecution Agreement [‘DPA’] with the Serious Fraud Office in respect of three offences of failure to prevent bribery contrary to Section 7 Bribery Act 2010. The DPA was approved by Mrs Justice May at a public hearing on 30 October 2020.
