Following the recent appointment of John Kelsey-Fry QC as Head of Chambers and Annaleen Stephens as our Chambers Director, we have a position available for a Senior Practice Manager who will work closely with them and the whole team of barristers and staff in our mission to modernise, build, and be better known for the work we do.
This is an exciting opportunity for a forward-looking practice management professional with a proven track record in our sector who can demonstrate the ability to think creatively and flexibly, who cares for the detail, has fantastic organisational skills as well as excellent relationship management skills, and has a commitment to excellence to match our own. As the successful candidate, you invest in your professional development and embrace opportunities to learn and sharpen your skills. You take pride in your ability to create and maintain best in class methods and procedures, harnessing technology where needed, and will be able to give examples of where you have broken new ground and sought out opportunities for members. You will have a track record in horizon-scanning and anticipating commercial and regulatory challenges, and using sound judgement to inform business decisions. You will be a trusted advisor to members with the ability to adapt to their individual preferences and business needs. Critically, you will be committed to working co-operatively and collaboratively in a small team, playing a pivotal role in supporting the culture and reputation of Cloth Fair Chambers.
