Nicholas Purnell QC and Jonathan Barnard successfully defend Carl Rogberg, the former finance director of Tesco, against charges of fraud and false accounting. The charges were brought following a Deferred Prosecution Agreement between Tesco and the Serious Fraud Office for overstating profits. Mr Rogberg was today acquitted of all charges.
