Roger Jenkins, the former Head of Investment Banking in the Middle East, and Tom Kalaris, the former Head of Wealth and Investment Management, have both been acquitted of all charges following a 5 month trial at the Central Criminal Court. The SFO brought the charges in respect of the bank’s capital raising from Qatari investors in 2008.
