Tom Allen QC and Clare Sibson QC are this evening addressing members of the Fraud Lawyers’ Association, at their annual round up. Clare and Tom will discuss the events of the year and the implications of cases such as Serco, Petrofac and Amec on questions of self-reporting, co-operation, evidence collection and disclosure. They will be joined by Mark Chesher and Neeta Chityal of Addleshaw Goddard, who are currently instructing Clare in relation to the insolvent collapse of Carillion.
